Saw your blog, and I thought you’d like to tell your readers about Procore’s online construction project management software.
Procore is currently being used by students at East Carolina University’s Construction Management program (see web announcement at http://www.tecs.ecu.edu/cm-dept/cmhome.htm). All Procore versions are available at no charge to accredited construction management programs.
Procore also has a free version that anyone can sign up for at our web site (http://www.procore.com). The version allows up to 3 users and 250 MB of document storage. There is no time limit on the use of the free version, and users DO NOT have to provide a credit card number to register.
Procore’s paid versions are used by more than 200 contractors nationwide to manage communication and collaboration on construction projects ranging from custom homes to hotels and office buildings.
For contractors, the paid versions of Procore can be branded with a company logo and start at $95 per project, per month.
Benefits to contractors’ clients: one central location to keep project photos, documents, and emails. Ability to handle RFIs, scheduling, Change Orders, Punch Lists, daily project logs.
Hope this is of interest.
